How long does the recruitment process take?
At Golden Legacy, we prioritize speed and efficiency. The standard recruitment and visa processing time is approximately 25 days, which is significantly faster than the industry average of up to 45 days, especially for countries with more complex procedures such as the Philippines.
Can I try the domestic worker before making a final commitment?
Yes. We offer a 5-day trial period for all our placements. If you are not fully satisfied with the worker’s performance during this time, you may return her and we will provide a replacement free of charge – ensuring your complete peace of mind.
What legal procedures do you handle, and how do you ensure speed?
We manage all legal and government formalities, including visa processing, medical testing, fingerprinting, and employment contracts. Our team ensures full compliance with UAE labor laws and the regulations set by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and licensed Tadbeer centers. We handle everything so you don’t have to – saving you time and effort
What training and experience do the workers have?
All domestic staff we recruit undergo professional training and cultural orientation prior to placement. This includes guidance on household duties, safety practices, and understanding local customs and laws – ensuring a smooth and effective integration into your home from day one.
How does the recruitment process work for workers from Myanmar?
Staff from Myanmar are among our newest and most highly recommended options. They are brought in through tourist visas and then legally converted to work permits – a process we manage swiftly and in full compliance with UAE regulations.
